Java & Bedrock

Slayville II supports both Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft Bedrock Edition, allowing players from different platforms to play together on the same server.

Java Edition

Java Edition players can connect directly using the Slayville II server address:

Server Address:
play.slayvillemc.com

Use your normal Minecraft Java Edition account name when applying and connecting.

Bedrock Edition

Bedrock players can also connect to Slayville II through the server’s crossplay system.

Supported Bedrock platforms may include:

  • Windows
  • Xbox
  • PlayStation
  • Nintendo Switch
  • Android
  • iPhone and iPad

Some consoles do not provide a built-in option for adding custom Minecraft servers and may require an additional connection method.

Bedrock Usernames

Bedrock usernames may appear differently on the server than Java usernames.

For example, the server may display a special prefix before a Bedrock player’s name. This is normal and allows the server to distinguish between Java and Bedrock accounts.

When completing your application, always enter your Minecraft account name accurately and select the correct edition:

Java Edition or Bedrock Edition

Crossplay

Java and Bedrock players share the same:

  • Survival world
  • Economy
  • Ranks
  • Shops
  • Quests
  • Jobs
  • Claims
  • Events
  • Player community

Some menus, interfaces, or Minecraft mechanics may appear slightly different between Java and Bedrock Edition, but the core Slayville II experience is shared by everyone.

If you experience connection problems, contact Slayville II staff for assistance.
